Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Plant Vault. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products across multiple sales channels, communicating with customers, and managing inventory. Our fast paced growing company needs someone who can utilize their sales knowledge to sell plants and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling products on various sales channels, including online marketplaces and social media platforms
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs, queries and following up
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring that products are in stock and ready for shipment
• Keeping track of sales and identifying opportunities for growth
• Creating, developing and executing sales strategies

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with inventory management and Shopify is a plus
• Passion and experience with plants is a plus
