Webb-Stiles Company, a leader in custom conveyor and material handling systems, seeks an Inside Sales and Customer Service professional.

The position will require working with outside sales in many areas of customer relationships at the direction of the Sales Manager. The ability and motivation to talk on the phone to evaluate customer needs and the understanding thereof and channeling that information properly must be a part of the candidate’s everyday drive. An understanding of some mechanical equipment will be helpful. Excellent verbal and listening ability must be a part of the candidate’s skills. Experience in a high volume of information atmosphere will be helpful. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and understand that learning new operating software is required. A degree in Business or similar degree is not necessarily required but is helpful. This is a multi-task high energy position where time management is important.
