BirdieBox is a rapidly growing, one-stop B2B luxury gift concierge service, providing all the facets of gifting (global sourcing of luxury brands, personalization to scale, custom packaging and full logistical execution). BirdieBox has established itself as the premier gift solution in the worlds of golf, professional sports, entertainment, corporate, collegiate and donor/endowment verticals.
Role: This person must have excellent communication skills, high energy level, and a positive attitude that is resourceful, driven, and highly dependable. In this position your primary objective will be to work and prospect inbound leads, while maintaining current customers. This person will be expected to learn, understand and communicate our core business proposition while adhering to standard operating procedures and working cross-functionally with account management team. Daily time management and weekly KPIs are essential to success and growth within the company.
Requirements of the Role:
- Willingness to adopt and consistently execute on structured process to meet weekly KPIs. Must be organized, detailed and efficient with time management and process.
- The innate desire to be the best. Listen well and apply learnings consistently.
- Ability to properly communicate our core value proposition and specific offerings catering to each client’s needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience
Accountabilities of the Role:
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- The ability to execute 200+ calls and emails per week to prospective and past clients
- Attain a monthly revenue goal of $375,000
- Utilize Salesforce and our internal sales support systems and personnel to accurately track activity, pipeline business and program execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
