As a Staffing Consultant you will be responsible includes the recruiting of healthcare providers and sourcing new business. This includes identifying and qualifying healthcare providers, as well as sourcing and forming relationships with new clients. You will have the opportunity to develop recruitment strategies to support the staffing goals of our company and its clients. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive and unafraid of cold calling. You will also need to maintain relationships with providers & clients through continued communication via phone and email.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and contact potential healthcare providers & clients from cold call lists, referrals & marketing initiatives.
• Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
• Schedule calls with the ultimate goal of closing qualified leads
  
• Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to capture all information regarding leads

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare recruiting/sales required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Strategic thinking and ability to execute results

• Very self-motivated to exceed goals
• Not intimidated by cold-calling and lead generation

This position is located in our Flower Mound, TX office. This is not a remote position.
