We are looking for Warranty Call Center Rep to support our team at our corporate location in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Summary:
Warranty Call Center supports both internal and external reps and customers with warranty claims. Accurately enters product orders, return material authorization, and contractor purchase orders into software. Assists customers, sales representatives, and contractors with status of, replacement parts, and payment. Tracks and publishes reports requested by manager or field technicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Utilize Oracle or equivalent ERP platform to:
- Process Replacement orders.
- Process Return Material Authorization “RMA”.
- Process Labor Purchase Order.
- Processes Return Shipping Labels.
- Researches and enters replacement and missing part orders, reviewing data for errors.
- Utilization of bill of materials to determine replacements.
- Monitor and expedite shipping dates on replacement orders to ensure quick delivery for warranty claims.
- Email and phone calls with various agencies (internal and external), and customers or end users.
- Documenting calls, issues, and emails with resolutions in ticketing system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Miscellaneous Activities:
- Department file management.
- Assisting other departments with tasks as needed.
- Product training.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Qualifications:
- Data entry.
- Microsoft Office.
- Customer Service Experience
