Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a successful distributor of consumer goods to hire an Outside Sales Manager. Team-oriented and fun work environment with long-tenured employees. Company has been in business for over fifty years.
This role is a combination of managing accounts and hunting for new business.
Overnight travel to cover Iowa, Illinois, and Nebraska, with approximately seventy percent travel
Sales channels are retailers, military exchange services, rent-to-own, eCommerce product fulfillment, and premium incentives.
Reimbursements include an auto allowance of $350.00 monthly, plus fuel reimbursement, plus hotel up to $100–125 per diem for food.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful outside sales experience with a minimum of two years
- BA degree is preferred
- College is a plus, not a must
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales
Compensation:
- 6 percent commission on gross margin which averages 75k to 100k first year depending on ability and motivation
- Ninety percent paid benefits, .50 match on 401k
