*Business Development Director* outside of Boston, MA

LeaderStat is partnering with a rapidly growing senior living provider who is seeking a Business Development Director (outside sales position) for 2 senior living communities in close proximity to each other, located in a suburb West of Boston. This is a newly created position in this area due to company growth and an excellent marketing infrastructure.

The company and its properties put a premium on hospitality and service. The staff are focused, passionate, and caring.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience selling a service required
• External field sales experience is required (road warrior)
• Good tenure throughout career
• Strategic thinker, entrepreneurial spirit, creative mind-set
• Experience with writing business plans and setting goals
