NOW HIRING Sales Support Specialist / Customer Service
Job Purpose: The position requires a versatile individual to support our sales team and management in a variety of tasks ranging from order entry, customer account management, general office duties, and more.
Day to day activities may include...
- A sales support specialist (SSS) will be our front line contact for customer service requests including order tracking, billing inquiries and discrepancies, order processing, product returns, file management, credit application administration, payment posting and accounts receivable management.
- Perform various admin functions including banking deposits, AR posting, AP posting and credit card payment reconciliation.
- Manage order entry and customer service for designated major accounts.
- Organizing and compiling data on customer metrics, running ERP reports, researching potential domestic and international markets for a variety of our products.
- Help Identifying market opportunities for the company as well as finding prospective customers and key contacts within the target companies.
- Assist with Purchase order creation to support inventory levels
- Sales support will play an important role in working with current and potential customers to address customer needs, to grow revenues and help identify new products that solve customer problems and serve customer needs.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly phone skills.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
- Experience and knowledge of Adobe PDF creation and editing
- Ability to navigate cloud services such as online banking, vendor and customer portals, ERP software and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail in a fast past environment is a must.
