The Fitness Director position is personally responsible for establishing relationships with new and existing members within the facility, helping them “Get to a Healthier Place®”. The objective of this role is to build the clubs personal and group training programs through member/prospect acquisition and developing a fulfillment team of qualified trainers. Responsibilities:

• New member acquisition through direct 1-1 sales presentations, outbound marketing and community outreach
• Oversight of the entire club personal training program including operational and financial responsibilities, back-end reporting and management of client needs
• Management, training and ongoing motivation of club personnel while tracking towards overall Club goals
• Selling Personal Training Packages
• Lead a variety of Group/ Private Personal Training sessions

Qualifications:

• Direct experience with fitness sales and service and a proven track record of leadership
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are a must, along with a top-tier customer service approach to conducting business
• Desire to build a business to success in an entrepreneurial environment

Certifications:

• Accredited Personal Training Certification
• AED/ CPR Certified (Up to Date)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Culpeper, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Personal Trainer or Exercise Science Degree (Required)
