SAF services both North and South Carolina 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.

The Role of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator Position

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the EVP & Sales Team in the areas of marketing, sales, customer management and website management. This is an in the office position. Remote is not an option.

Marketing

WebEx Webinars:

• · Manage the monthly marketing webinars

Sales Force & Constant Contact:

• Managing the Sales Force and Constant Contact databases
• Social Media Marketing:
• Digital Marketing

Website:

• Ensure the website is up and running everyday
• Update the media section of the website routinely
• Update the events on the website

SAF Marketing Collateral:

• Ensure that the sales team has marketing collateral for prospects
• Order and stock give-a-ways for sales team
• Create and bind proposals for sales team
• Develop and execute the marketing mailings

SAF Expo

• Meetings and coordination with the venue
• Meeting and coordination with the vendors
• Marketing and communications with the attendees
• Selecting and managing the presenters.

Prospects, Developers and General Contractor Prequalification’s

• Manage and update the AVETTA portal
• Complete the GC pre-qualification forms

Employee Programs:

• Manage the Extreme Customer Service Letter
• Manage the Anniversary Mailings
• Manage the Birthday card program
• Manage the internal news letter
• Coordinate the SAF employee events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
