We are looking for highly motivated and experienced logistics professionals that are ready to make an immediate impact at a growing and fast-paced company! We’re a family-owned 3PL looking for highly motivated individuals with a background in Freight Brokerage, Transportation or Ocean Imports/Exports. Position Summary:

This individual will be responsible for establishing lasting relationships and growing professional B2B accounts specializing in the movement of either Import/Export Containers or Full Truckloads in North America. Although not required, our ideal candidate will utilize a network of customers and contacts established over the course of their career in addition to prospecting and engaging with new potential clients and leads.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Generate and Organize Client Leads: Contact new and existing Freight Forwarders, NVOCCs, etc. to promote FMI's Draydex® along with a full range of drayage and intermodal transportation services.
• Maintain constant communication with clients via phone and email to ensure service satisfaction.
• Tracking and Tracing of all in-transit shipments to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Maintain constant awareness of client needs and operational impact.
• Consistently hit monthly goals, expectations, and KPI's.
• Provide updates and reports to Management as requested.

For Consideration, You Must Have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Logistics or Transportation Industry.
• Comfortable with Microsoft or Google Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A competitive drive.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
