To support our team, we are currently looking for a:

Service Coordinator

Your profile:

· Coordinate and schedule installations and service work for US/Canada

· Create, edit, and finalize documents for on-site engineer use

· Strong organizational skills and willingness to follow directives

· Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Ability to work independently and well within a group

· Service experience in the field of CNC machinery or tool presetting equipment a plus

· Previous coordination experience preferred

· Familiarity with ERP systems a plus

Your tasks:

We are looking to fill an immediate opening who will be primarily responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls for our machinery. This position requires a highly organized individual, with an eye for detail. In addition to scheduling, this position is also responsible for arranging shipments of service equipment to/from the office, communicating inter-departmentally, and maintaining meticulous notes on open cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
