Willowbrook KIA is seeking an Internet Sales Representative (BDC Sales). The Business Development Representative is the first impression our guest receives. Your responsibilities will include answering high volume inbound phone calls, incoming leads as well as making outbound phone calls, text messages, e-mails in a timely and professional manner (100 plus daily). Applicants will make service appointments as well as Pick up and delivery appointments. In addition, follow through on all leads, long term follow-up including equity mining, unsold traffic and marketing campaign. The ideal candidate will have the ability to sell prospects on the appointment/brand and answer all questions they may have prior to coming in, be driven by meeting or exceeding goals based on internet leads.

Qualifications

• Current, Valid Driver's License
• Prior Sales, Call center or BDC experience
• Strong communication and Guest service experience
• Bi-Lingual is always a plus
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude
