Job description

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Sales Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business through value-based conversations and client acquisition. We will teach you all about insurance with our 3 month training and onboarding program.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new clients via phone, text, e-mail. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Marketing and selling auto, home, life, and disability insurance policies.
  • Attending networking events in the community and branding our agency to bring in new prospects.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Cross selling current customers based on their insurance needs and life changes.
