Compensation:

$110,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and follow-up with prospective clients via social media, open houses, client events, marketing channels, and calling.
  • Setting and keeping appointments for buyer-seller consultations.
  • Strong negotiation skills to get deals done at the best possible price and terms for clients.
  • Problem solves to get and keep deals on track.
  • Keep up to date on the current market and industry conditions to provide clients with accurate assessments of the housing sector.

  • Agents that aren't afraid of setting big goals and being held accountable for achieving them.
