Our client, a luxury fashion retailer, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

• Submits orders

• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

• Researches competition by gathering current marketplace information.

• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

• Maintaining records of customer sales.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or GED) and either have a degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent work experience and education.

• 5+years’ high-end retail, boutique or sales related work experience.

• Proficient with the UPS System.

Understand inventory, customer’s sales experience and merchandising.

• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability
