Now Hiring - Internet Sales Manager in Bedford, OH

Mazda of Bedford is looking for an experienced Internet Manager to join our team. This person must be comfortable on the phone and computer to communicate with current and potential customers.

Responsibility ;

Answer all inbound customer leads

Follow up with our customer database through our CRM system

Answer leads and customer questions through our texting service

Provide vehicle specifics and pricing when needed

Schedule appointments for the sales team

Handling inbound and outbound sales calls & emails

Experience :

New vehicle or internet sales

General understanding of the car sale process

Strong customer service skills

Familiar with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google docs

Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus

This position requires heavy inbound/outbound emailing and phone calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
