The Hyatt Place Colorado Springs Downtown is currently looking for an experienced sales account manager to help oversee the business and group accounts for the hotel. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Responding to meeting room inquires, setting up and cleaning the meeting room, managing group reservation and blocks, working to ensure all billing is accurate, assisting the front desk with check in or check out, working with the offsite sales team to capture any leads that come in and responding to emails and other communication in a prompt manner. This position is geared toward someone who enjoys working with groups and events, is focused on the details and is able to work independently or with others.

Previous hotel sales experience is preferred, however on the job training will also be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
