We are seeking an Insurance Producer / marketer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement
• Meet designated sales quotas by customizing marketing strategies to sell insurance products to businesses or individuals
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing events.
• Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.
• Reviewing the progress and success of a event, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new events as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,442.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Colorado Springs, CO 80911: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Life Insurance License (Preferred)
• Property and Casualty License (Preferred)
