Full description of the position

• SUMMARY: Has a primary duty of making sales for Countertop Installation. Is wholesales position, visiting showrooms, builders and retail stores. Supports the company’s management, purpose, vision, mission, and values.
• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drives to customers.
• Builds report with customer and determines their desired outcomes.
• Carefully examines the customer’s home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the scope of work.
• Ensures high quality documentation for all sales and appointments.
• · Prepares cost estimates for clients or employers.
• Follows up with the customer as needed.
• Attends the weekly team meeting and other required meetings.
• Communicates job status and/or progress with customers and management.
• Updates daily notes on job status and/or progress.
• Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment.
• Drives for Cornerstone Installation in a safe manner.
• Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
• May assist laborers in completion of projects.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• · Education and/or Experience – High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• · Language Skills –to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc.
• · Mathematical Skills – Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to accurately read blueprints.
• · Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
• · Other Qualifications - Valid driver’s license is required; Must be able to travel 90% of the time within a 100 mile radius from company headquarters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
