Customer Service / Inside Sales / Business Development

Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative

Up to $55,000 to start plus bonus and full benefits

As Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Join a distributor of industrial products
• Receive complete training
• Communicate with new and existing customers by phone and email
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
• Distribute product literature upon request
• Create price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Make updates to customer account information
• Provide post-sale trainings and support
• Serve as an ongoing resource for your accounts
• Participate in tradeshows
• Provide additional cross-functional support within the office as requested

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 3 years of Sales, Business Development and/or Account Management experience
• Related experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
• Communication, Customer Service and Administrative skills

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate Data entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• +++ Related experience from the plastics industry
• +++ Related experience with industrial and/or mechanical products/equipment
• +++ Bilingual fluency in French or Spanish
