Furniture Dept. Asst. Sales Manager Wanted.

We run furniture and flooring departments in a major retail operation in Belmont NC

We are looking for energetic, positive individuals who like dealing with people, are organized thinkers and enjoy sales. Must have a good work ethic and an upbeat personality.

Our pay is based off experience and include monthly bonuses which are based on attaining realistic monthly targets as well as pay spiffs on certain promotional goods.

Our retail workweek is an unheard of 40 hours a week. At times, you may be asked to work additional hours, at overtime rates, of course. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

You will be trained in our operation to get you up to speed to advance quickly as we continue to open new stores. Our associates thrive in our environment as we give enormous latitude to run their departments as if they owned them themselves.
