A PetWow Veterinary Call Center Representative is often the first person a pet owner encounters, so the first impression a pet owner has about our organization crucially depends upon how they are treated by our customer service team! If you love pets and people, all you need to join our team are good customer service skills!

Duties of a Veterinary Call Center Representative:

• Answering phones in our call center
• Scheduling appointments
• Responding to emails
• Processing transactions

Requirements
