The Sales & Marketing Manager is a full time salaried position. This person will report directly to the General Manager.

Maintains Active Social Media Presence

· Instagram

Club Communications

· Maintains Annual Roster

· Constant Contact

· Oversees & Manages Club Calendar

· Simple Texting

· Event Flyers

· Weekly Announcements

· Monthly News Letter

· Maintains & Updates Club Website Content

Works with the Branding Committee

· Purchases All MHYC Swag

· Ensures the Proper Club Colors & Branding is Utilized

Works with the Membership Committee

· Creating Marketing Strategies

· Identifying Recruiting Opportunities

· On Boards New Members

· Informs Committee of Membership Changes

Manages Member Experience

· Works with Events Manager to Plan Member Events

· Confirms & Communicates Reservations

· Assists with Monthly Billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
