Govig Healthcare Group, the premier Executive Search firm in the Senior Care industry, is seeking a Director of Sales for a new, luxury Independent Living, Assisted Living & memory care community in Fort Mill, SC

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales process within the community
• Responsible for growing occupancy within community
• Assist prospective residents and their family members in the decision-making process by identifying their needs and educating them about the benefits of the community.
• Represent the community and increase awareness through participation in outside events, professional groups and community involvement in the local market
• Working as a team with department heads to achieve community goals

All Potential Candidates Must Have:

• B.S. degree in a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in senior living or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven track in meeting and achieving occupancy goals
