Brothers Bedding Mattress Factory in Knoxville, TN is looking for one sale associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Seeking a Full-time Retail Sales Associate, with at least 1-year experience in retail sales.

Preferred experience in retail, customer service, big-ticket, or commission sales.

Pay will be $500 dollars a week Guaranteed or commission whichever is higher.

Marketing, E-Commerce, and Graphic Design Skills are a HUGE PLUS!

Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills.

Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Ability to work alone and take initiative.

High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor required.

Team focused and positive attitude.

We are not looking for a cashier. You must be highly motivated to sale the comfort experience of an amazing nights sleep.
