Responsibilities:

· Pleasant and positive engagement with customers

· Cold calling assignments to determine proper contact at future customers

· Assist with Mailchimp emails to customers with our marketing firm including release dates, content creation and topics

· Participate in customer attended webinars

· Update salesforce database for new and existing leads

· Know the products, options and applications to properly quote

· Answering inquiries involving pricing, product availability, and product specifications

· Processing orders into ERP and EDI processing

· Credit card processing

· Following up with customer on delivery tracking information, order status or questions about invoicing/pricing

· Trade show organization and participation at tradeshows if required

· Customer pricing updates

· Sales reporting on a weekly basis

· Interacting with tech support and production on product issues and returns

· Providing written quotes and proforma invoices

· 40% of position is clerical

· Only travel required is for tradeshows

Qualifications:

· Strong communications both written and verbal

· Positive and professional demeanor

· Desire to learn and grown

· Sales or Customer service experience

· Positive attitude with daily focus on quality and effort

· Open and receptive to feedback

· Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
