Looking for an experienced leasing or home sales professional to come on board to show vacant units, in the Long Beach and surrounding areas.

The Leasing Agent will perform many organizational tasks to help prospects find the home that meets their needs. Their duties and responsibilities include:
*Contacting prospects to schedule viewing appointments and answer questions regarding a vacancy
*Meeting prospects and guiding them on tours of available units
*Following up on leads for potential renters
*Assistance interested prospects in submitting rental applications and collecting supporting documentation for processing of the application
