We are looking for a Regional Sales Trainer to join our team.

What Youll Do

• Provide on-site and remote training and support to new and existing Treatment Coordinators within the region(s) as directed by Director of Operations.
• Identify training opportunities and create action plans for the Treatment Coordinators within the region(s)
• Provide weekly and/or as needed follow-up meetings/calls with team of TCs within region(s)
• Regional Treatment Coordinator must stay up to date with their own self- education through Smile Doctors University.
• Supporting other roles throughout the clinic when needed
• Participate in daily huddles. Provide training and support to TCs on how to effectively participate in their daily huddles.
• Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance

What Youll Need

• Skilled in MS Office Applications at beginner level
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with patients, doctors, and coworkers
