What will you do as a Leasing Manager

• Rental of vacant apartments
• Showing apartments
• Preparing lease packages
• Renewal of leases
• Rent collection
• Answering questions and completing service requests.

Who qualifies for the Leasing Manager's position?

• Availability to work weekends
• Candidate with ability to understand apartment rental and collection practices
• Candidate must be professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate with outstanding customer service skills who will take great pride in making the tenant or potential tenant their top priority.
• Candidate with Yardi software experience a plus

What hours will the Leasing Manager work?

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Alternating weekends
• OT may be needed based on business demand

How much will you earn as a Leasing Manager

Starting pay is $17-22 per hour, based on experience
