Job Description Inside Sales

· Quote Basic Equipment (sheaves, blocks, hooks, swivels, bare rotary tables, deadline anchors)

· Follow up on Order Status for Customers

· Keep Outside Sales Representatives informed about things happening with their customers.

· Handle reports as requested by Director of Sales & Inside Sales Supervisor

· Send out Customer Surveys & Analyze subsequent Data that is collected

· Expedite Orders with Manufacturing/Planning/Assembly/Shipping

Technical Skills

· Microsoft Office Suite

· Global Shop

· Basic Knowledge of QMS – Q1, API 4F, 8C, 7K

· Nomenclature of Part Numbers

· Where information is digitally stored

· Knowing the difference in types of customers (OEM, Reseller, End User)

· Standard Price Information – where to find it

· General knowledge of the Equipment we manufacture and what it is used for

o Continually striving to understand more about the equipment

· Ability to listen/learn & take direction

· Analytical Thinking / Detail Oriented

· Ability to Prioritize & Flexibility to adjust priorities based on newly assigned tasks

· Excellent Communication Skills (both written & spoken)

· Ability to Handle Special Projects

· Ability to Produce/Maintain Reports when needed

· Ability to develop relationships with customers

· Basic understanding of the manufacturing process
