NOW HIRING FOR A FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE POSITION

We are currently looking for ‪ Experienced Jewelry Retail Store Sales Associates . This is the perfect position for a professional who excels in delivering a great client experience. The ideal candidate will have been recognized for flawlessly executing brand and operational standards and producing the highest possible sales volume and maximizing sales opportunities in a Retail Store environment.

‪ Job Requirements

Successful Sales Associates should have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of ‪ jewelry retail sales experience
• Experience in selling bridal and high-fashion jewelry
• Experience in selling specialty, luxury and or lifestyle products
• Experience in clienteling and customer follow-up
• Strong ability to produce sales
• Experience in working with monthly sales goals and meeting monthly sales goals
• Strong ability to retain training and execute new procedures
• Outstanding communication skills; both verbal and written
• Superior customer service skills
• A passionate and enthusiastic personality
• Experience working with POS systems
• Flexible Work Schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

A Successful ‪ Sales Associate should be able to:

• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for all customers and fellow associates
• Achieve or exceed all individual and team sales goals/standards.
• ‪Maintain a superior level of customer service.
• Explain the features and benefits of jewelry, diamonds, and timepieces to customers
• Communicate with Vendors in order to procure items requested by customers
• ‪Attend all in-store training and meetings to be able to successfully assist customers in the purchase of all items available.
• Use product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products to customers
• ‪Respond timely to customer inquiries, needs, and problems.
• ‪Perform daily activities in a timely manner including the housekeeping and inventory needs of the store.
• ‪Receive and process all payments received.
• Identify opportunities and successes in the moment to optimize sales

Required Qualifications:

• Retail Sales Experience: 2 years
• High School Graduate
• Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and on holidays as needed
• Reliable Transportation
