Outside Sales Program Advisor Position

We are currently hiring for our Program Advisor development program, in which we are recruiting individuals seeking a career in Solar and general Home Improvement Sales. Compensation is 100% Commission based.

• Recruits are promoted to a Sr Advisor within their first month upon completion of their training
• Estimated $6,000 to $7,500 earnings in first month (biweekly pay period)
• $11,000 to $30,000 per month as a Sr Advisor
• You’ll be selling Solar and Home Improvement projects door to door directly to our ideal client base who qualify for available programs
• Prospecting and closing new business in residential markets
• Opportunity to train and move into management positions
• Help families save money through our consumer-focused consultative practice
• Interface with decision-makers on a daily basis
• Participate in ongoing training/coaching focused on increasing your earnings, team building, and mentorship
