What We are Looking For:
We’re looking for a results-driven marketing and sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Driving small business results, you will generate new business through advertising, proposecting, networking, leads and referrals. This position will be a hybrid role which will be split approximately as follows: ~60% in the office working on advertising/marketing to drive customer engagement and ~40% in the field selling burglar alarm services to potential new clients. Office days will be set by your manager.
Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Facilitate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential.
Outbound calling and in-person customer visits.
Planning and developing marketing strategies for existing and new customers.
Other small office duties.
Skills:
Highly motivated and target driven.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Solid computer skills, including a proficiency at using Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Qualifications:
Previous Experience in Customer Service, Marketing and Sales is preferred.
Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English is a must.
Valid state-issued Driver's License
Must have the physical capability and endurance to frequently travel (20% to 40% of the time) throughout the assigned areas in The Greater Los Angeles Area.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
