Full description of the position

What you will accomplish together with us:

  • Meet or exceed the annual sales target by performing the following sales actions
  • Support the Service Sales Team by handling contract renewals and standard service packages sold on new system quotes.
  • Harvesting customers independent of the sales representatives and closing deals on their own.
  • Working with the Field Service Engineers and Parts Specialists to support the education of critical spares program.
  • Assist the Service Sales Team in providing feedback to local marketing, including the following:
  • Competitive landscape, including products and pricing
  • Develop targeted sales campaigns in conjunction with in-house marketing
  • Work closely with the Service Field Marketing to ensure current and future service portfolio is meeting the local market needs
  • Support various Industry events and Trainings
  • To mine CRM systems and develop opportunities for maintenance and spare parts packages, prepare and quote contacts, as well as work with sales reps to follow up on leads.

Actively participate in:

  • Weekly departmental conference calls
  • Bi-weekly service contract discussions
  • Monitor service contract reports and expiring of:
  • Upcoming expiring contracts and pending contracts
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with management, coworkers, and customers, including responding by email and phone. Ensure status of milestones is communicated internally and externally.
  • Visit key customers to review service requirements and discuss contract offerings.
  • Occasionally attend field service visits for training purposes.
  • Perform other related duties as required

What will convince us:

  • Associates degree in Business, Administration/Marketing or Comparable
  • combination of industry experience and or technical/military training
  • Proficiency in MS office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Preferably 5 years Sales, or Sales Support preferably in the Biopharmaceutical industry
  • Valid Driver's License and Passport
  • Ability to travel both with in USA and worldwide - occasional travel (35%)

Pay: $71,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
