Our client is a family-owned global organization that is rapidly growing in the industry. They value their employees, has a strong company culture, and promotes internally. Their office is located in Union County, NJ and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50,000 – $70,000

Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the initiation of bringing in new clients to partner with. They will initiate sales leads, generate proposals, and present proposals to potential clients. The Inside Sales Representative will follow up with their clients, handle the customer related issues or inquiries and maintain documentation in the CRM database.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:

• Work closely with the sales team to find new business opportunities
• Generate business with companies to partner with
• Create and present proposals to potential leads
• Build and maintain relationships
• Be a liaison between the inside and outside sales departments

Qualifications for the Inside Sales Representative:

• 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
• 3+ years of experience in the industries listed above
• Passion for sales and driving revenue
• Highly competitive and motived individual

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
