What you’ll do:
As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a pleasant and memorable customer experience throughout the home inspection, sales presentation, product demonstration and closing process. You will complete home inspections and provide customers with a comprehensive solution for their home exterior needs. You will maintain thorough product knowledge and education to demonstrate value to our customers and present a detailed proposal for our services. You will be trained on and consistently follow PGRS Inc.’s proven sales method with the goal of closing sales and providing a WOW customer experience.
In additional you’ll also:
· Inspect property to identify needs and assess homeowner interests to create a comprehensive home exterior solution
· Utilize PGRS Inc.’s proven sales method to present homeowner with details on appropriate products and the installation process
· Successfully negotiate contracts and provide payment options, including financing pending credit approval
· Generate new business through working company provided leads, networking, canvassing and marketing yourself and our services to the community and our homeowners
· Actively manage a pipeline of leads and maintain up to date information on homeowners in PGRS Inc.’s CRM (customer relationship management) software
· Verify accuracy of job details and project estimates; assist production team with questions in a thorough and timely manner
· Maintain excellent customer service and communication through completion of projects to ensure satisfaction
· Assist in collection of any past due payments by your customers as needed
· Actively work to gain customer referrals and reviews to generate new business
· Stay up to date on emerging market trends and new products
· Continually assess systems and processes, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend and implement changes
· Take the initiative to perform tasks which would assist fellow team members in successfully completing their job duties – We are a team!
Who you are:
· You have 1+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in residential construction/exterior home renovation
· You must have a basic knowledge or willingness to learn information on residential construction and production of trades including roofing, siding, gutters and windows
· You are an independent self-starter with a strong sense of project ownership and entrepreneurial drive
· You are detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· You have the ability to manage multiple leads in a schedule driven environment, while being flexible to changing circumstances
· You understand basic computer skills
· You have the ability (after training) to climb a ladder to perform roof inspections, accurately measure customers’ homes for product installation, lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
· You must be able to pass a background check and MVR (clean driving record)
Extra credit:
· You have 3+ years of outside sales experience in construction/exterior home renovation
· You have a professional degree, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
