Westchester Family Care Inc. is an award-winning Licensed Home Care Agency providing daily living assistance to seniors in Westchester County NY and Fairfield County CT. Our goal is to provide quality service with optimal outcomes.

We are seeking an assertive, self-motivated individual who is driven, acts independently, for an external sales and marketing position in healthcare. This position will be responsible for growing our client base.

The ideal candidate will be aggressive, competitive, and results-oriented, have a background in sales/marketing and have an effective contact network.

Pay Rate: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 plus Commission

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain community relationships

- Track referral source development

- Qualify Referral Sources

- Cold calling

- Obtain and close leads

- Run events

- Manage own schedule

- Submit weekly reports

· Effective Communication – verbal and written

Job Requirements:

· Sales and Marketing experience or Marketing Degree

· Driver's License and Car

· Strong technology skills - must be able to use a smartphone, laptop and Microsoft Office
along with social media

· Must be able to use a CRM/contact management system
