Full description of the position

We are looking to hire an Internet manager to oversee the business development center Volkswagen of Springfield, PA. The BDC department is responsible for setting appointments for sales and service departments. Unlimited earning potential. Weekly salary plus generous commissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage BDC department operations
• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
• Set appointments
• Work with salespeople and sales managers to maximize set and show rate.

Skills/Qualifications

• Successful track record in Internet sales, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department management
• Overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations
• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
• Experience in training teams and individuals preferred

Job Requirements

• Dealership BDC experience
• Must have valid driver's license
