About The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Manager/Sales Support team member to join our growing New York team. The primary responsibility of the Account Manager/Sales Support is to assist and support their assigned Business Development Manager in successfully growing business with new and existing customers. Responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

  • Full-Cycle Wholesale Order Fulfillment (creating inventory assortment, providing detailed pricing sheets, photos for review, posting of sales orders, and authentication support)
  • Inventory coordination for assigned Business Development Manager and Re-Commerce Hub
  • Participation in Daily/Weekly Video Calls to show/review inventory with new/existing customers
  • Organization of customer data and communication in customer relationship management system (CRM), Close
  • Communicate effectively with customers and providing key support with any issues/questions raised
  • Work as a key partner and team member to Account Management team

What We Are Looking For

  • General knowledge of designer brands, such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Hermes, etc
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer services practices
  • Willingness to learn about the company, the products, and the industry
  • Confident and professional verbal and written communication in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with focus on execution, problem solving and improving processes
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills and accountability
  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with all ranks in the organization
