Sales Representatives educate homeowners on what they are entitled to, assisting them in making the most informed decisions for their most valued investment! Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representatives:

• Manage and maximize the efficiency of assigned territory
• Achieve assigned performance metrics...activity, and results
• Conduct exterior property inspection for wind and hail damage
• Convert inspection to claim filed
• Meet the Insurance adjuster on the property (if eligible)
• Review Scope of work summaries and sign contracts with homeowners
• Collect funds and insurance deductible from the homeowner
• Obtain Referrals from customers on approved sales/networking
• Follow First General’s Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures
• Make recommendations to a homeowner based on findings.
• Build relationships by earning trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)
• Educate and train customers on industry products, trends, and First General Capabilities
• Methodically manage your sales pipeline via our CRM
• Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff
• Prepare for weekly sales meetings with Sales Manager and team

Outside Sales Representatives

• Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment.
• Track record of accomplishment of achievement / consistently ranked in the top half of the sales team
• Must have or obtain a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
• Industry knowledge of Residential Home Improvement Preferred (Roofing, Siding, Gutters)Not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
