Total Home Roofing is looking for a Branch Manager to join our growing team and oversee the company’s administrative operations in our Florida market.

For this role, we are looking for a determined leader with strong problem-solving skills who will take ownership and responsibility for ensuring that all back-office tasks necessary for the company’s reroof projects in the Florida market are consistently completed in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, to overseeing the market’s administrative and customer service operations, the Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office.

Department Responsibilities:

· Ensuring all paperwork is properly completed and entering that information into the company’s project management software.

· Securing any necessary permits (when applicable)

· Ordering materials, dumpsters, and subcontractors

· Scheduling the project with the homeowner

· Answering inbound customer calls and questions and delivering top-notch customer service

o Every member of the Branch Operations Team is accountable for ensuring the timely resolution of any challenges that might impact the customer experience, regardless of root cause

· Delivering proactive customer service throughout each project and uphold the company standard of customer service

Management Duties:

· To hire, train, and develop a team to handle all administrative operations tasks effectively and efficiently in your market

· To oversee department budget for the daily operations of your office

· To ensure that all administrative operations tasks in your market are consistently completed at or above company standard and in a timely manner

· To act as the point of contact among upper-level leadership, office staff, customers and other external partners and work with them to improve office operations and procedures

· Work with Production and Sales management in the market to achieve like-minded goals

Requirements:

· Excellent computer skills, including high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products and Google Drive related functions

· Ability to learn and excel in usage multiple CRM software programs

To be successful in this role, the candidate should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to think critically and act without guidance. This person should possess good verbal and written communication skills and must be willing to take personal accountability for the performance of his/her Branch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
