$3,000 Bonus Potential While Training in First 3 Months! We are seeking a candidate to fill our Insurance Sales Advisor position. This is a Business-to-Business position which offers a strong performance-based compensation opportunity, a flexible schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will have an opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonus income while training during your first 13 weeks and $13,700 in bonus income during your first year.

AFLAC Associate JOB DESCRIPTION:

Aflac is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the Associate position to work as a Health & Life licensed sales agent in a professional environment. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be part of our distribution team. You will consult with clients regarding their coverage needs and present them with solutions, ultimately improving their insurance coverage. As an insurance sales professional, you will establish customer relationships, apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor. Growth into management opportunities is available. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary. Training will be with the Aflac Sales Academy world-class training program.

Requirements:

· Health and Life Insurance License **Will Provide

· High-school or college education

· Driver’s license and your own reliable mode of transportation
