申请者必须有纽约州经纪人执照, 周末可以做Open Houses (周六和周日可以做物业公展，无法周末工作者不需要申请）
有相关工作经验1-4年以上者优先考虑

APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENT MANDARIN (speak and read)
Applicant must have NYS Real Estate Salesperson license.
APPLICANT MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY FOR WEEKEND OPEN HOUSES
Applicant with 1-4 years related experience is preferred.

This is a great opportunity to work as a real estate agent with one of the fastest growing and top producing brokerage companies. Will start as showing agent for team's new development projects mainly in Downtown Flushing.

Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, and well organized with a strong interest in real estate or real estate investment. Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power point) as well as office equipment, including copiers/scanners etc. is a must. New York State real estate license and some real estate experience in New York market is required. There is great potential to earn substantial income depending on individual performance and performance of Team.

Responsibilities Include (but may not be limited to)

- Answering and placing phone calls, and responding to emails

- Coordinate appointments and meetings

- Assist in arranging, coordinating, scheduling catered broker open houses and regular open houses

- Assist in managing daily tasks

- Assist in arranging team sponsored events

- Coordinate all necessary paperwork and facilitate communication with team and office

- Showing properties

Job Requirement:

Agent must be able to speak/type fluent Chinese (Mandarin 普通话,必须会读和写中文).
本科学位以上优先考虑
有相关工作经验1-4年的申请者优先考虑

Salary: depends on experience, full time or part time
