Service Sales Associate
· Specific Responsibilities

· Ability to perform HVAC/Plumbing budget and estimates

· Ability to develop long term relationships and build partnerships with customer

· Achieve annual sales goals while still providing customers with exceptional service and values

· Utilize sales tools effectively

· Have the ability to collaborate with internal and external staff to help deliver quality results to our clients

· Pursue long term service arrangements in the form of planned maintenance agreements

Experience/Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry

Ability to interpret mechanical drawings

Must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of building systems

Excellent communication skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
