The Role:

Account Executives will be making outbound calls to independent and franchise automotive dealerships to offer a proven omnichannel lead engagement platform. Account Executives will conduct discovery and build relationships with leadership inside the dealership to secure commitments on utilizing our client’s services.

The omnichannel lead engagement platform is a proven service that offers chat services, lead engagement, lead warming and a variety of other services that assist with revenue creation for automotive fixed operations.

Responsibilities:

· Placing outbound Business-to-Business calls to automotive dealerships

· Utilizing accurate data entry skills to update contact and business information

· Conduct discovery and build relationships to position products and services

· Conduct live demonstrations of product

· Coordinate with internal leadership on strategic sales for larger opportunities

· Negotiate pricing and complete contract process via DocuSign

Ideal Qualifications:

· Proven experience in business-to-business and consultative sales programs

· Sales experience with a proven closing ability

· Sales pipeline management ability through the use of a sales CRM tool

· Strong computer skills including experience and comfort utilizing video conferencing technology

· Automotive and Online Chat experience a plus
