We are looking for Lease Closing Specialists with experience in Single-family or Multi-family Homes to join our team!Must have a valid GA Real Estate License!

(Current tenants are not eligible for employment with Excalibur Homes.)

This position is Onsite in Alpharetta, GA 30005. This is not a remote opportunity.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

Excalibur Homes is located in Alpharetta and manages over 7000 homes in Georgia Tennessee, and Florida.

Candidates will be responsible for processing new resident move in documents, collecting funds associated with tenant move-ins, working closely with homeowners to ensure contingencies are solved prior to move in, working with maintenance and leasing agents as needed, and assisting the lease closing manager with additional responsibilities as needed.

Successful candidates must work well in a collaborative office environment, have lots of energy, exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, enjoys working with customers, accountability, experience with Microsoft Office, and general computer skills.

Previous rental experience is a plus.

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a valid GA Real Estate License
• Must understand and comply with federal, state, and local landlord, tenant, and Fair Housing laws
• Must be able to work efficiently and efficiently under productivity deadlines
• Must possess the ability to communicate professionally with internal departments, tenants, colleagues and supervisors
• Must possess the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Graduate or GED
• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in an office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with a property management company is preferred
• Experience with property management software or other CRM software is a plus
• Intermediate to expert-level skills with Microsoft Office Suite
