Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first-time? Jeremy Schneider Real Estate (JSRE) is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.

New licensed agents that join the JSRE team are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. JSRE is partnered directly with Zillow which is the largest real estate marketplace in the world. JSRE agents receive Zillow Flex leads directly from Zillow when they join our team.

We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and get them closed. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. JSRE offers continued education regularly to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

2023 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to close 2-3 deals a month with the leads we are able to provide.

Responsibilities:

List and sell residential real estate.

Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.

Prepare market analysis to help determine property value

Educate clients on basic real estate procedures

Maintain your Real Estate License

Pay: $47,186.00 - $225,000.00 per year
