Full description of the position

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting Independent Alarm’s growth by both supporting sales representatives in the field and engaging potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and assign new prospects to Independent Alarm team members to conduct estimates.
• Support development of high-quality proposals for services across Independent Alarm’s service offerings.
• Generate and engage prospect lists to understand customer need and assess potential solution offering.
• Conduct follow up with existing customers or potential customers to understand interest and assess potential solution offering.
• Support administrative tasks related to the sales process including pre-close preparation.

Qualifications

• Some college education preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience, sales or Fire & Security experience preferred

Work Requirements:

• Position may require overnight travel on occasion
• Position is considered sedentary
• Requires extended periods of PC exposure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
