The ASI Group is seeking a National Sales Manager - Architectural, located in our Yonkers, NY office

ASI’s team of quality-conscious individuals operate out of several facilities. Representatives strategically located across the globe serve the needs of our customers and support the growth of the ASI brand. Architects, designers, building owners, facility managers and construction professionals have placed their trust in ASI products for decades, in some of the most prestigious projects throughout the world.
We are seeking a National Sales Manager who:

- Is experienced with basis of design and architectural trends

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 28 independent rep agencies with over 200 sales reps in the United States and Mexico to get ASI products written as the basis of design by architects, get ASI products specified by architects and grow sales.
- Manage in-house sales representatives to get ASI products written as the basis of design, get ASI products specified by architects and grow sales.
- Coordinate usage and accountability of the company CRM tool by the reps.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of the in-house and independent sales reps.
- Manage ongoing development of the ASI specification-writing tool to support basis of design growth.
- Manage customer and architect relationships by traveling 1-2 weeks per month, seeing reps, customers and architects.
- Participate in architectural centric trade events on behalf of ASI, speak at select events and become a thought leader in the industry.
- Participate in the strategic and sales planning process for the architectural business.
- Deliver on the annual sales plan for the architectural business.
- Grow market share and basis of design across the ASI product groups

Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or years of experience in lieu of a degree
10 years of experience in a corporate environment

Vice President Sales and Marketing – ASI Group
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
